Terms & Conditions

nrgology is an accrediting organisation, operating in the United Kingdom, Internationally and online. By joining nrgology, members agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions whilst using the services and products of nrgology.
nrgology members are governed by the laws of their own country of residence, regardless of membership or accreditation by nrgology. Members in accordance with their Government regulations must meet all legal requirements.

Membership of nrgology requires the listing of member names, membership numbers and membership period dates in a publicly accessible register. No other personally identifiable information will be listed. Members listed in nrgology public register do not automatically receive accredited status. Individuals and others wishing to be removed from nrgology public register should write to nrgology indicating their wish to no longer be affiliated with the association.

nrgology respects the right of privacy of the individual. No personally identifiable information on an individual will be released or publicised, used for marketing purposes without that individual's explicit consent except in such circumstances as arise under English law, or passed on to Third Parties for marketing or any other purpose.

nrgology adheres to the Data Protection Act under the laws of England and Wales. Information held electronically by nrgology on an individual is accessible by that individual only on receipt of a written request. An administration fee may be charged for this service.
Membership of nrgology does not include public indemnity insurance to practice, or teach. This should be organised by the individual in accordance with the regulations in their particular country of residence.

nrgology operates an Equal Opportunity Policy and requires that members respect the personal rights of individuals, regardless of gender, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, spiritual belief, physical ability, or nationality and not discriminate against them.

nrgology will not be held responsible for individual members, or otherwise who act in a negligent, irresponsible, or disrespect way towards other members, or clients, students, etc. These individuals may be ejected from the association.

Members will refrain from the following: Placing clients, students or colleagues in a vulnerable situation, perform (or request the performance of) any illegal act, act of a sexual or indecent nature, or any other act that intentionally harms the aforementioned parties. Members found not adhering to these conditions will be ejected from nrgology and their names removed from nrgology register.

Ejection from the association for negative personal, or professional misconduct means negation of all offers made by nrgology and loss of all fees paid to nrgology.

All special member offers, deals and discounts are only valid for the period of continuous membership. Upon membership to nrgology lapsing, all offers made by nrgology become null and void.

Member discount on courses, services and products cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated.

Deposits paid for courses are non-refundable for any reason, except cancellation of the course by nrgology. Special circumstances will be considered, however, on an individual basis.

Course fees that are offered on a monthly repayment scheme are repayable in full, regardless of completion of the course. Unless the student gives notice of non-attendance not less than one month after the start date of the course. All other reasons will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Course fees paid for any workshop, course, or event, which is not attended, or completed, are refunded, minus deposit, at the discretion of nrgology.

Members should respect the spiritual beliefs, views and ideals of others, members and non-members.

Members should respect the modalities of other members, without prejudice regarding method, system, lineage, or degree.

Members should hold reverence for all living things, including people, animals, insects and plants, with regards to the living organism and its environment.

Members of nrgology should act respectfully of their students, clients, associates and professional colleagues at all times.

Members must recognise the owners' copyright of Printed, Audio, Online and Video Media contained on nrgology website and printed/audio material, its affiliates' and its members' sites. Members should not copy, distribute, or in any way pass on the media, or information contained therein to any other person (member, or non-member) without exception. This excludes teacher resources designed for the classroom environment and free online resources.

Student/Practitioner and Teacher members who are issued with usernames and passwords for access to nrgology support materials and information may not give, share or in any other way divulge said usernames or passwords to any other person including other nrgology Members. IP address screening is used to monitor access to these materials and any member found in violation of this condition will have access to said materials and information denied immediately and without exception. Access will not be restored.

If a member believes that their Username and/or Password information has become known to anyone else they should immediately inform nrgology who will remove that Username and Password information from the access database and issue a new information to the member. This will be done free of charge.

Please respect authorship of written and audio materials, created by nrgology & third parties acting on behalf of nrgology. Members may not remove nrgology. name, author, URL and/or branding from materials, or media produced by nrgology. Name, Company and Contact details may be added to Teacher Resources.

Members may not speak to the media or other bodies on behalf of nrgology without explicit permission of nrgology. Members also may not commit nrgology to any event of training, publicity or other nature without prior consultation with nrgology.

The views expressed by individuals in articles or other submitted materials included in nrgology website or other informational material used by nrgology do not necessarily express the views of nrgology.

nrgology reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at anytime.
