V Reiki One: Introduction to V Reiki (Reiki NRG 1) Reiki is one of many facets that create a Universe Life Force. This force, which is know as Ki according to Japanese tradition, adapts in accordance to the life purpose of Divine Ki (Shinki). As Shinki transforms into other facets of Ki, the physical being is created and driven by the relationships of ever attracting and resisting energy that is often out of balance. In the late 1800s a gentleman named Mikao Usui originated a healing system using the 'Ki of the Soul': Reiki. The system was called Teate and eventually renamed 'Usui Reiki Ryoho', or Reiki as it is now more commonly known in the Western Psyche. Usui Reiki Ryoho used techniques based upon other ancient arts to 'channel' the facet of Reiki, which creates balance and harmony in all other facets of Ki and thus, offers us a bridge to the Divine. Usui's original system was devised as a tool for self-development and spiritual evolution and later adapted to create a method that focussed on the healing abilities of Reiki. The tribulations and triumphs of Usui Reiki Ryoho are now renown throughout the world, used by millions of people of a regular basis, yet sometimes caught up in dogma and condescension. Yet, despite this, the connection to the Ki of the Soul still remains something precious and beautiful to those who maintain it. In this foundation course, we look at the concept of Life Force (Ki) and see how this can be viewed from the standpoint of ancient beliefs and then we develop this to a modern perspective, investigating the correlations between old and new. Discussing the philosophies, history, and evolution of Usui Reiki Ryoho, we then realign with the VReiki system and work through the two attunements and Reiju Empowerments. We study the three areas of Reiki as a self-development practice: meditation, self-healing, and the healing of others. Using a mixture of traditional and modern techniques we transform our Reiki interactions into an integrated and fluid practice that can enable the letting go of old, limiting beliefs towards health, relationships, prosperity, and simple joy. This leads us to true holistic health and wellbeing, not only in physical and emotional respects, but also in our philosophies and spiritual being. The course continues with attunements to Jiki: The Ki of Magnetism and the source of order, structure, and higher cerebral abilities. Jiki creates the attraction and rejection of people, situations, and dynamics in our lives, thus deciding if we possess a magnetic attraction towards money, love, and joy, or whether we repulse those things in favour of poverty, struggle, and loss. Jiki is used in psychic development to enable intuitive abilities and the capability to communicate with spirit and the energetic entities around us. Our conscious attunement to the facet of Jiki, facilitates immediate and permanent abilities to sense the world beyond that of usual perception and when combined with Reiki, presents us with a huge range of tools and skills that can revolutionise our spiritual development, psychic ability and healing processes. Course Contents · The Concept of Life Force: Ki Over the past twelve years, Reiki Master Teacher, Martyn Pentecost has been studying the origins and practices of Usui Reiki Ryoho and various other forms of Reiki practice. As the originator of the globally popular Celtic Reiki, Crystal Reiki, and Karmic Reiki modalities, as well the advanced energetic therapies of AET, Lemuria, Atlantis4D, and the Viridian Method, Martyn has now returned to his roots with a complete reworking of the Usui Reiki system. With a basis in the original Usui system, integrated with modern perspectives, and intensive Reiki work with the teachings of Mikao Usui, VReikigoes back to the original view of Reiki as a facet of Universal Life Force. With traditional techniques and grounding in place, we then look at the history and philosophies of Usui Reiki and its global development, before bringing it to the Viridian Age and taking Usui's foundation of Reiki practice to a level of strength and integrity never before perceived in Reiki history. At each level of these Reiki courses, we also look at the other facets of Universal Life Force: Jiki, Kuki, Shioke, Mizuke, Kekki and Denki, as well as a thorough study of Shinki - the Divine Energy. All courses contain attunements to Reiki and Jiki at varying degrees, with Kuki and Denki attunements offered at Practitioner level and upwards.
